I’m Clare Harris, ESL/EAL writer, and a huge admirer of anyone who manages to learn a new language as an adult … or who even has a go. I know what it’s like to struggle with literacy (years ago, in Thailand, but never forgotten). Now I want to write materials that help make the learning process fun.

So what’s here? This site is a place for me to interview other teachers-turned-writers, to blog about Englishy things, and to feature other Australian English language learning materials, as well as my own books.
